This is a full 8-hour Driver Improvement course that must be completed in its entirety.

Each module has a required minimum time (e.g., 10 minutes) that must be fully completed before you can advance.

You cannot skip ahead. Modules must be completed in order and within their allotted time.

You may log out and return at any time. Your progress is saved automatically.

The final exam becomes available after all course modules are completed.

You must achieve a passing score to complete the course.

If you do not pass, you may retake the exam as many times as needed until you receive a passing score.

Once you successfully complete the course and pass the final exam, your completion is reported to the Virginia DMV.

You do not need to submit anything to the DMV. If you were ordered by a Court to take the class, you may call their clerk's office to see how this is handled. DMV reporting is handled by Virginia Commonwealth Driving Improvement Clinic on your behalf.

Your completion certificate will be available to download within 24 hours from your student portal once the 8 hours are completed and the final exam is passed. Students with rush services will be able to download their certificate immediately.

Click "Forgot Password?" below the login fields.

Enter the email address you used when you registered for the course.

Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
