Terms and Conditions for Virginia Commonwealth Driving Improvement Clinic

Course Approval and Non-Refundability

This Driving Improvement Clinic is approved by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). By enrolling in this course, the student acknowledges and agrees that the course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to complete the course or personal schedule conflicts.
Chargebacks

In the event that a student initiates a chargeback with their financial institution after enrolling in the course, Virginia Commonwealth Driving Improvement Clinic reserves the right to take the following actions:
Report the chargeback to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Reverse any course completion status in the DMV system, and where applicable, notify the courts of the reversal. This will result in the student’s course completion being nullified, and any court-related certifications will be invalidated.
Additionally, the student will be required to settle the outstanding balance before any further action or course re-enrollment can be considered.
Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, certification will be submitted to the Virginia DMV and/or the court, as applicable. This certification is contingent upon full payment and course compliance. Any reversal of payment (e.g., chargebacks) will void the certification.
Student Responsibilities

The student is responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during enrollment is accurate and up to date. The student must also comply with all course requirements, including timely completion of the course materials.
Legal Recourse

By agreeing to these terms, the student understands that any disputes arising from the initiation of a chargeback will be subject to legal recourse. Virginia Commonwealth Driving Improvement Clinic reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including but not limited to collection efforts for unpaid balances.
Amendments

Virginia Commonwealth Driving Improvement Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notifications of such changes will be provided via email or posted on our official website.

 Changes to the Facilities and these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

Availability of the Website

  • 19.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

  •  To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein.
